Clearly an example of how ERAC screws its good employees. Branch managers are making an avg. of probably $48K. Some on the high end, others on the low end. But ERAC has been chopping up so many of the larger offices, that now there aren't those big money branches like there used to be. Yes, if you get to level 3 you can make some decent cash, but no one in their right mind can take the bullshit for that long to get there. And if you do wait long enough, then you just didn't have the confidence to find something else to improve your life, money or time. But yes, there are many BM's that make only a few grand more than their employees because they are stuck in a dead end branch with no resources to make it better. But...if you work for ERAC, you are expendable.....anyone willing to take it in the ass can do that job.
