Z quit? I'll be damned. I got the hell out of that dump in January after months of making less money as a manager than I did as an MT. Anyone else quit since January?

Clearly an example of how ERAC screws its good employees. Branch managers are making an avg. of probably $48K. Some on the high end, others on the low end. But ERAC has been chopping up so many of the larger offices, that now there aren't those big money branches like there used to be. Yes, if you get to level 3 you can make some decent cash, but no one in their right mind can take the bullshit for that long to get there. And if you do wait long enough, then you just didn't have the confidence to find something else to improve your life, money or time. But yes, there are many BM's that make only a few grand more than their employees because they are stuck in a dead end branch with no resources to make it better. But...if you work for ERAC, you are expendable.....anyone willing to take it in the ass can do that job.

Try living in so cal where the median price for a new hoem is over $500k. How can you work at Erac and afford this? To rent an apt is usually about $1800 to $2200 per month for a 1 bedroom. Its absurd. Thank god my spouse makes enough to where we can afford to own our home and cars. So calif managers need to get a pay raise or cost of living increase. Something to keep managers around.

How the hell can anyone afford to live there. $500k for a average house. That is fuccking crazy. I paid $145k for a 2500 sq ft 5bd room house on 5 acres on Colorado. I am fuciking amazed. $500k. Any idea what that would buy here? Jesus

Some of you are way off base. I actually left ERAC about a month ago, and w/ tax time everyone has fresh w-2's. I managed a 150+ car branch for 3 months and a 200+ car branch for 9 months last year and made $74,000. Maybe other groups don't pay their managers or they just don't perform
