His wife was pregnant with their second child and he moved to Florida. Having been with this company over a year I can't say I blame him. We all knew it was coming because he sort of disappeared the last few months. But like everyone says now he doesn't have to deal with TG. If I wasn't so damn tired all the time I'd get off my ass and find a new job myself. Rockford can only get worse from this point on and I didnt think that was possible.

For a one year employee you are wise beyond your years. Look for lots of "attention from TG and or ST in the coming weeks. Happy hours etc to "pump you up" etc. Keep your eyes peeled for the negative EK speak... he was burnt out etc... all that bs is pure smokescreen.

The bottom line is that about 90% of being a L3 sucks. Everything is your fault. You get 15 new initiatives to implement each month whether you like it or not. Your GRM seems to be "insulated" from all the scrutiny.

What surprises me the most is that with all ST's "big talk" that TG is still there.

Perhaps this is yet another chance to call BS on ST.

earnie was the L3 when i was in MT training (ya i know bad mistake) this guy was a awsome trainer he could keep anything exciting and i would gladly work for this man again. He was jumping on the tables and going crazy to keep you intrested. Wherever ernie is im sure he is doing fine and probally enjoys life no that ERAC is not involved

I echo the sentiments of the others who have posted. Ernie was a part of my training class, he was my "mentor", and I think he was a pretty all-around swell guy. I hope he is happy.

It seems not to many people here backing the original poster.

Ernie left because the stress/lack of freedom/number of hours that are currently happening at the Level III position are not worth the end result.

Very few people will survive. The stress will either cause people to:

Quit (EK, BD)
Do something stupid and get canned (GD)
Or get canned for lack of performance (list is to long to include)

Ernie is an outstanding person and any company that loses that kind of quality hurt itself. No matter what the spin is.

OMG!! That guy will be a train wreck as a L3. Is he the best they have? No current L3's that can move over? Yikes!
