wow. so much to say. Ernie used to be a good level 3, but then realized his people werent loyal to him so he wasnt loyal to them. He blew off marketing, never answered his phone, basically slaved drived his people for months. he was looking for a new job for at least 6 months and found the general manager spot for aramark in florida

Why is the "brain drain" of tenured and talented employees acceptable to ERAC? The collective knowledge of those that leave dwarf those that stay. It would be fun to put together an Ex-team to take on the current team head to head. My guess is that the Ex-team would give the current team fits.
