Good. I think Steve is an idiot, but he has a really nice wife and darling children. You never know, so I wanted to ask. Appears he is a pretty good family man.......if nothing else.

First of all.....ST a family man? LOL I'm dying to hear about the "morning runs" with AW. Too funny!

Info for Heartland Girl.......GD begged to come back to ERAC...they made him a sweet position in Marketing..not Pergatory, which he did really well in.
Then they canned the city manager in 625 for being an ass.
Then they railroaded GD back into rental...even though he didn't want to. (you know the drill....the guilt.."be a team player" "it's a sure fire shot to GRM if you can clean this up" "it's a better carreer path" etc...)

Then in a few months they threaten to fire him if his Bad Debt isn't in line. It was his last chance to fix it....so it was 6 of one half a dozen of another. He could get fired for reciepting money wrong...or for the inevitable bad debt. He gave it the good old college try, and lost.
It was a blessing in disguise anyway. I'm sure whatever he is doing now, he has a better family life, better money, and less stress. More power to him!

I think he has become a professional "Quarters" player. He has petitioned to make it an Olympic Sport. It is almost a relief when I hear someone has "moved on". What kills me are the people that are still there.

I think he has actually become a male gigolo with a specialty in quarters!
Heartland Girl, if you are a chick, I'm sure you have been hit on by GD. You know what I'm talking about sister.

I agree, I can't get over the people who are still there. Some of them make sense, because they would never survive in the "real" world. Davis, Diaz, Guz, Sip. But some people, like Kooken or Goff...make no sense. Why would you continue to put up with all that crap for so little in return? They must be gluttons for punishment.

I am sure Kooken has about 120k-150k reasons per year why he hangs outfor now... he is no dummy... I am sure he has a plan. Goff is still green as a L3 and most likely hasn't come close to tasting $100k yet.... give him a year or two to make more $$ and get burnt out. I agree with your assesment of the rest. They need to stay at all costs.

Goff?? Are you actually putting him in the same class as Kooken? Kooken could manage circles around that guy. Goff is a step above Davis and 5 steps behind guys like Ernie.

And as for players - Kooken is the king of that too

Kooken is a pig. Hope his dear sweet Maria isnt reading this. Goff is a retard. Managing through having 'good times' only gets you so far.
