Mac is fucking bonehead. He thinks that he has all the answers and knows everything. His biggest problem was that he doesn't let his managers manage and is up their ass every 45 mins with an update for this number and that number. OK dipshit we told you yesterday at 4:00 p.m. and it is not 1000 am, they havne't changed since yesterday afternoon.

I am quite sure this is a skill set that Mac is learning from his esteemed GRM. I am also sure that the GRM checks with Mac frequently on his progress and is in the early stages of burning Mr. Mac out like all the others that came before him....

Well you can count on one invisable finger how many of the L3's he's helped get to Group Rental Manager over the years. He does do a great a great job of kicking his L3's to the curb while avoiding the scrap heap himself.

He lost one Manager, Ass. Man., about to lose another Manager and another Ass. Man. Too bad because it is not his fault and all of this is because of the great Tim "Keep on Winning...." Guzinski. Would be nice to see him get a "We don't want you here anymore, get your shit and get out" notice. We should change his name to


"Keep on Losing.......All his employees"

And leave the rest will but as I learned in my year and a half with this company they will be replaced with fresh meat. My last few days there I tried very hard to get the MT's under me to join the bandwagon explaing to them the truths that ERAC doesn't tell their new employees like the real salary figures and what the grille is really like. I hope they are smarter than I was and get out while they still have sanity left.
