| I worked there for 2 years. Busted my @ss for the first 6 months. Out wrote everyone in my branch by at least 120 tickets a month. Got my leads, car sales, yet sold on average about 80-90%. The jack offs would write only cash rentals and would sell 120%. I approached management and they stated that I had a better chance to sell. However, I wrote all the insurance and dealership tickets. Nobody did a thing, and finally I was fired. I documented over 1000 hours of overtime that was wiped off and the state never helped me. They denied my unemployment because working in Ill and Iowa laws screw you. If you want to no more hit this thread I will tell you more. But the best was catching a city manager in 3 lies in front of a judge is the utilmate revenge. After one month of review he was fired. I almost went bankrupt, sold my cars, just to make it through. If I had a lawyer and could afford it. I would be a millionaire. Also I have horror stories from br and abrm. Come some me. The sea-bass screwed me in the ____, but got it in the end. Plus I have evidence of nepitism jn,bd, lets go!!!! Bitch. Nothing againts jn. good guy |

It shouldn't matter where the company you are working for is incorporated. In this case Iowa. You fall under employment laws of the state you live in. There is something funky about this story. If you want to ask me about empoyment law I can maybe help. But 1000 hours don't get wrote off and then you are denied unemployment. Please be more clear as to your situation. __________________ Hey, hows about a little somethin', ya know, for the effort. |

| Lets see 2 week pay periods. 26 pay periods per year. 4 hours per pay period. 2 years... Looks like a worse case 208 hours in two years. Thats not 1000's (documented). No wonder you lost. And what kind of a pussy doesn't call the company out the first time this happens? And then keeps allowing it for 2 years? |
