Guz and that fucking scarf. When is he going to be forced into "early retirement?" That guy needs to go, seriously.

Each manager has to check in your own deletes. And last but not least, if you want to gain cars, first you have to call your L3, who then calls a driver liason, who then calls drivers, but that will take 3days because she will tell you she has a lot of work to do and you have to let her know 48 hours in advance if you need drivers. You got Tony Halas touring around the eastside last week, ripping each branch a new asshole, hopefully GOODBYE GUZ! WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON IN GP62!

Oh My God!! That is all ass backward thinking. Accountability is really important....but it's important not just for the bad stuff, but for the good too.

What ever happened to trying to catch people doing the right thing?
What ever happened to making a huge ass deal out of the people who were being good rather then looking good?
That is where they are going wrong. You can't just beat people down for doing the wrong thing. You have to tell them what you expect...show them how to do it......and then give them every opportunuty to catch them doing it right so you can hoot and holler about how they rock!!
Yes, if they fuck it up...hold them accountable. But for the love of God set them up for success, not failure.
This is all classic behavior when people know their ass is in the meat grinder.

I hope things change soon. I'll be crossing my fingers for all of you.

Maybe it's just me but isn't it easier to park a car face in. I have always found it easier to drive forward and that is why EVERYONE IN THE WORLD DOES IT! As far as paying the guy for damage FUCK HIM. The only payment he would get is a swift kick in the nuts. He has no right to do that especially when the rules to and OX are plainly stated that you get 1 freebie, $500 on the next one and then the boot on the third (unless they like you). The only time I know of backing in cars is for upsell reasons. That is about it.

The reason for the backing-in rule might be this: Enterprise employees might be expected to be better at backing up, particularly after some practice, than the customers are, so let the customer have the easy job of pulling out of the space by driving forward. You might reduce the total number of scrapes that way, particularly in a tightly packed lot.

At the beginning of the thread they talk about employee accidents. If a customer pulls out oh well, there insurance company will pay and we will get the extra soft costs that LC charges to make money off of customer damage....OOPS I have said too much. NOw obviously if there is CDW involved then ERAC would pretend to miss the damage and then charge the next person. DAMMIT, there I go again.

We were told the reason for the "backing in policy" is because people are more careful when backing up then when pulling forward. They also said that a lot of times we pull a car in to clean it up and are in a hurry. Then, we back it out real quick into a pole or another car, etc.... There have been double the employee accidents since this started. Next think ya know, they are going to write us up for backing cars up!!!!!

Is the "backing up" policy in effect for employee hook ups?

For years the trained.... That we would never have an employee accident if our cars did not have reverse. Now they want you to backe em up? I do not know for fact, but the types of damage that kills the uninsureds has got to be higher backing up than pulling forward.

Am I crazy??
