thanks for writing up all the managers in the city for not taking proper reservations, thanks for micro managing me, join erac to run your own business they say, yeah right, whats next, write me up for having the wrong color socks on, hey shawn green, you take a reservation driving down the street with a custy in the car. i will learn to put in the reservation on the indash ralph program. thanks for the micro managing, only been with the company long enough to know gp 62 sucks and it starts with the top steve and shawn.

Funny thing is they probably think they are leading. Doesn't a real leader motivate in positive ways without having to go to extremes? Sounds like the pressure is on! Good times!

yea have u noticed the damge is still happening even though they thought it would end with backing in cars what a joke

GP62 has had more employee accidents since this "backing-up" policy then ever before. That policy was a real stroke of genius.

You should really look up to Shawn. He got in a drunk driving accident in and ERAC car in Ohio and made it to the top. He was on double secret probation. When you're a champ they won't do anything to you. Start wearing the right socks like Shawn says or else you can't hack it. And when I mean hack it, I don't mean doing something totally illegal and not getting fired for it. I mean wearing a collared shirt with pit stains while cleaning puke out of the back of a Focus.

This has gimick, and more importantly, PANIC written all over it!
What are some of the other retarded schemes they have for trying to "fix" what is wrong?

Well, the "BACKING IN POLICY" is including but not limited to backing vehicles into all parking spots and car wash bays. Then, you still have the wonderful conference calls, now people are being called out once you make a mistake you better be ready to write a personal check to Thomas, 2 managers on eastside on that list. Each manager has to check in your own deletes. And last but not least, if you want to gain cars, first you have to call your L3, who then calls a driver liason, who then calls drivers, but that will take 3days because she will tell you she has a lot of work to do and you have to let her know 48 hours in advance if you need drivers. You got Tony Halas touring around the eastside last week, ripping each branch a new asshole, hopefully GOODBYE GUZ! WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON IN GP62!
