Default Aurora/Naperville branch?

Has anyone worked at the Aurora/Naperville branch.
If so, how are the managers and work environment there.
Please let me know as I got a job offer for that location.
Am debating whether to take that job or not?
Thanks

Why don't you ask someone from the Chicago Group... Gp15?

As a prospective new hire, you will definitely want to consider other factors than the environment at one branch. Consider the entire Chicago group. When your manager is promoted or moves to a larger branch the entire environment will change overnight. You'll want to look at the leadership from the top down - GM, RVP's, etc. Go to the forum for the Chicago group (GP15) and see what everyone is saying.

Obviously, if you read this site for a while, you won't find much encouragement to take the job at all. Remember that there is going to be an extremely negative slant on a website called "Failing Enterprise", but there are definitely some solid points being made.

How would a person who has no idea about ERAC know under whose realm the Aurora branch falls? When they come to the site they see "Group 62 - NE, SD, IA, IL". How would they know if Aurora or Naperville, which are two of the farthest suburbs from the city, fall under GP62 or GP15? But no, you show your true colors with this lame response....

There is no separate forum for Group 15 - Chicago. There hasn't been enough threads specifically about Group 15 to warrant one.

That's sad. What is almost just as sad is when people don't take responsibility for their own actions and choices. There is an age of accountability when it comes to choice. I'm assuming that age is somewhere before 21. I'd bet this employee was at least that 1 when he chose to drink free alcohol to excess. I believe the saying is "you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink", and it is applicable in this case.
