If there is anything to be learned by this web site, it's that almost nothing you read on here is true. It's all tainted by people's personal experiences and bias. The majority of the posts here are exagerated versions of the truth, or the rantings of people who never had the balls to say the things they wanted to say out loud to ERAC when they had the chance. I say, 'fuck you" to all you pussys who only want to say the worst things about people when no one knows who you are! Stop coming here making fun of people for thier looks, or what thier sexual preference may or may not have been. If you want to talk about micro-managing, bad ESQi, crazy turnover, or shity profitability....go for it! But coming on here camoflouged under the "unregistered" name and making fun of people in a mean spirited way, only proves to ERAC that they never needed or wanted you to beigin with. It's embarrassing for the rest of us. Please stop. This is stupid shit. You only make the mid-west look like, what the rest of the country already assumes we are.....................a bunch of hillbilly, mother fuckers, who are too stupid to know the difference between good people and bad people based on a short check list of red neck characteristics. |
Dude, this is a good post. I agree with almost everything in it. One thing to consider when it comes to postings is that there are different types of posts:
1) fact-based posts - some pleasant and some unpleasant to read, but nonetheless they are fact or at least a personal interpretation of someone's personal ERAC experience, which will be different for each person. If a person really had a crappy experience and they vent that, who am I to tell them they didn't?
2) opinion-based posts - sometimes it's harmless like "Jerod was in over his head at 54" - I can respect that opinion, and I'd have no problem walking up to him and telling him that.
3) Then you have "pussy haven" - the stuff you are referring to that has no value or purpose on the site other than to show the bassackwardness of the person posting it - personal attacks on people where you'd never have the guts to say it to their face.
But just remember, they show their own lack of character when they post that stuff, and 90% of the people realize it.
