Get your experience and then get out I hear the same stuff over and over on here and I have to say....get the experience and then move on. Other companies love ERAC employees and they generally have a good time getting in the door. I am a pharmaceutical rep that gets paid 3 times what I was while at ERAC. I got my experience and then left. Take this time, and I hate to sound too cliche, and make the most out of it. Don't just complain, bitch, and moan about it. Work your ass off and if you want to leave, you'll have a pretty good shot at getting a really good job. |
