Just wanted to point this out to those of you who are thinking of leaving ERAC. ERAC spies on it's employees the same way Bush spies on Arab-Americans. If you think you can keep it a secret, good luck. They have ways of knowing every move you make. Call me an alarmist and a conspiracy theorist, but it looks pretty shady when a person doesn't tell anyone about a job and the manager finds out. Just be careful not to tell anyone as ERACians are all over the place and always will tell current ERAC employees what you are thinking. It never fails. someone always knows an ERAC employee. Keep it very secret and don't tell anyone unless you want to feel like your constitutional rights are being violated. Take care.

Remember, just because your paranoid doesn't mean their not out to get you

I had my resume on Monster looking for jobs in the Chicago Market and someone at Enterprise reported it to my supervisor. Its pretty sad when some recruiter three hours away has nothing better to do than get me in trouble and ultimately fired. Not to mention grief from my boss laughing at my fluffed up resume. In all honesty, even at other companies a person can never be too careful. I'm currently in the final interview for a medical device position and I cannot let any other sales reps with my current company know this either... As the post says...be careful!

I want to quit too, but the devil won't let me have my soul back one way or another so what's the point!!! Aren't my capped teeth pretty! Look at 'em!! If you want to quit - then quit. Screw being careful. I highly admire those employees that take a big smelly fresh dump in the water cooler their last day, and am even more impressed by those that drop a steamer in the after hours drop box for the next day's crew. Believe me, if you're going to leave - do it with a little style. We churn and burn through sooooo many employees in the course of a year that going out with a bang is only way to be remembered in the least. Don't become just another of the thousands of disillusioned and broken bodies we discard - make me proud!!!! TJ ps. I'll be ordering new car stock for every branch soon so those 40,000+ mile Cavaliers you all have will be flipped soon. Get 'em polished up for me!!!

I left erac almost two years ago now and have this advice; behave how you want to behave and look for new jobs if you don't like erac. If you get fired then that it just further proof that erac is not the company you really need to stay with.

Don't believe a word this jackass says. The ONLY future you can hope for will be with ERAC. Your ONLY chance of financial success will be with ERAC. If you can't appreciate the tremendous opportunites we have so graciously placed before you and decide to search for another job - I will find out and I will not be happy. Even if you do leave ERAC that will not be the last you've heard of me. I don't look favorably upon traitors and deserters.
