Ok everyone. Have we all forgotten the point of these posts? The last few posts have nothing to the do with the category of group 62 car sales. I have no problem with bashing. Working at ERAC does that to a person, but if you're going to post, keep with the subject!

Yes, he is. And, he's by far the best Level III I ever met.

Andy is a great level III, however he needs to open his eyes and realize that Jill Petty is a HORRIBLE manager and a complete waste of space.

It sucks because I think Andrew Hahn is out of Davenport, so the only time he gets any feedback is by Jill Petty on conference calls and the once-a-month trip to Omaha. Jill is really good at being fake, so I don't think he'll open up his eyes any time soon.

Well I think he hired her so in a way if she fails it is a reflection on him.

Andy Hahn, I don't think, is like that. I think he has higher standards than I've ever dealt with. I don't think he has a problem dealing with unethical behaviors, even if it's someone he's been responsible for promoting. The sad thing is that it will take some sort of scandal that deals a customer to get Andy to notice how bad Jill is.

Now you are talking two things. Don't mix up unethical behavior with poor personality/management skills. Which is it?
