Anybody out there hear that Nate left? just wanted to hear why he left car sales. I thought he was happy there. Anybody? anyone? :)

Because Jill Petty is a horrible manager. That would be my guess.....

I've heard that Petty isn't a really good manager. I certainly wouldn't want to work for her. EVerytime I see her, she gives this fake ass condescending smile that makes me want to puke. oh, i heard also that she never works 6 days in a week...how's that possible! I thought she was a level III. Every level III I know works at least 6 days a week. what an abuse of power that is.

Yeah, she also takes every holiday off so no one else can have it off. She is the biggest piece of shit manager I have ever heard of. Nate got a great job with a pharma sales company! Jill Petty is the most worthless waste of skin I have ever seen... SHe has ZERO people skills.. I heard customers of other AE used to not buy cars from ERAC after dealing with her because she talkes down to people. She only got promoted to manager because there were no other AE's out this way. She is a manager by default. She has no management training and Nate is the second employee to leave because of her.

First off, who was the other person that left? Also, it's not hard to get a better job and he took it. I think being a pharma rep is a hell of a lot better than selling cars. Anything other than selling cars!!! :) Get a life you car salesmen! lying and cheating to gain a few extra bucks...oh yeah, I get it, you're different and don't lie and are ethical, blah, blah, blah...but I know they only get a minimal salary and based mostly on commissions. Tell me if I'm wrong, but if a person has a huge amount of their income based on commissions then I know they are just after the money. go buy a car from a dealer! they have the same cars and cheaper as well!!!!!

Sarah Simmons is the other person that left. She started a new job 2 days after she left. She was waiting for her 2 year anniversary to get paid for all the vacation time and then she split.

Wow, from reading this it looks like Jill Petty should be fired. of course, in order to get fired from ERAC, you have to get a DUI or drug possession. They won't fire a person for being incompetent! Don't worry Jill, you're safe. Just continue to work 5 days a week, steal from your employees, and lie to your superiors. As long as you don't get a DUI, you'll be fine!!! :))

You don't need an MBA to gain employees' respect. You just have to work, at the very minimum, at least as hard as your employees.
