Default Where did all the fun go?

I did have a good time working at ecrap, my branch manager when I was an MT and my MT's when I was a manager were all cool. When I first started, our area manager would always take us out and have a good time, it was really nice. But, towards the end, nobody ever went out and very rarely was the work fun. It's such an easy burnout ratio at ecrap. It's too bad, because ecrap could be a lot better. Maybe Andy Taylor shouldn't have gotten an MBA to figure out how to make more money. Maybe he should've just learned from his daddy about how to treat customers and employees. Anybody go any ideas on why erac isn't as fun as it used to be? Please, spare the easy answers and give this some thought.

You weren't even around when it was fun. It went down hill when the company started hiring jerk wads like you.

First of all she-male Pharmarep, ecrap need to start focusing on the most important thing is they’re MT. The reason for that is because they’re the one who’s always interacting with the customer on a daily bases. Stop with acting fake to customers by saying “how was our service,” “Is there anything that we need to improve on,” and “come back and see us again.” What a F*cken Script!!!! If I were a corporate customer that rent on a weekly bases and her that all the time, I’ll kill myself. Maybe if ecrap start by understanding how MT, MA, AM, and BM work hours and treating them more like human, then ESQI would be a lot better.

sorry for my venting for about a week's worth of posts. I didn't hear about this site until recently and I've been gone for about a year. A lot of held-back frustrations just came out. I agree that ecrap needs to treat it's employees better with better pay and hours. Getting more help is hard because the turnover is so bad and ecrap is always running tight on employees. I don't think anything is going to change, though, erac is #1 in the country right now. Why would anybody try and change the system that makes them #1. I don't see anything happening to ecrap until something tragic happens.....like a stock market crash!!!! :)))))

Stock market crash? They have survived them before. Actually when national morale is down, more accidents, more rentals. Poor service catching up with them will be the only thing that stops them.
