what is going on with people in central? What happened to sipich? Gabe? Some of the other clowns in central especially city 3 and 7?

The east is screwed. Guz is still here. That is the main problem. However, it seems Guz is just like the other two clowns. Within this year 2006, I have payed attention to every matrix. I swear and correct me if I am wrong, but there has been more turnover in the east than any other region. I can't even tell you who is running Springfield. Appearently we might be one less city manager when Goff gets the boot soon. I heard it is real bad in Peoria. You might see Guz back in an office soon. Yeah right!!!!

gabe is the new area manager in bloomington, read the previous threads. sipich is still here too

they will never learn,u can fire all the city managers all the branch managers, and mt's u want , unless change comes from the top ,all the bullshit will remain, maybe one day they will realize this, but i doubt it, u can't continue running through people and treating them like shit, the problems will still be around

Retention is a smoke screen. The business plan is built on employee churn. What would OP look like if there were lot's of tenured, well compensated employees in every city? Think about it.

the reason there is eastside crap is because the eastside a big piece of shit. no one is happy. STEVE THOMAS----look between the lines. GUZ has lost 3 area managers in 9 months, and the 2 that are old, SUCK. help us. the eastside is drowning.

u have to blame steve on this shit too i heard he had it in for davis and waited for an opening to fire his ass, from the top down needs to go, if they don't want to change more emp will leave this place

that's fine if guz doesn't want to work the branches, but 3-4 employees will be gone from the eastside in the next 2 weeks. all the rental business will go to the compeition and there will be no amount of deep throat that guz can give steve to save his ass.
