I am in Peoria now working for Federated Insurance. Life is good now that I now longer work for erac. I don't wake up in the middle of the night stressed out about being short 30 cars and have to listen to Shawn ask when the last time he over booked me and couldn't find me a car. Yesterday, Last week ,the week before that etc....
Some of the messages on here are pretty funny ,but I have to ask why does everyone put down each other by saying how fat or short someone else is? I guess my point is TJ would agree that he is short. I think that to get to him or other current managers would be to start a post about how condiscinding and hypocritical he sounds in meetings etc... I know that current erac managers read this so let's go after what they do wrong as managers. That way they might take a step back if they read this and say this person is probably right and stop doing it in the future. Let me give you another example Kooken overpromisses his employee's promotions when he cannot deliver. I am an example of this as well as many of my x-employees. Stop promissing people things that you cannot deliver.
I personally do not regret working for erac for the first 3 years , I learned a lot. What I do personally regret is the last year when I was completly miserable working countless hours to no end.

Didnt Mike "Mojo" Johnson from .. I cant' remember the branch # but it was the uftring chevy dealer in washington... Didn't Mojo work there after he quit erac?

That was a great story too. He just left. Didn't tell anyone. After like 2 weeks REG asked why he was always "not there" when he called and then the bearded broad Treat took his place

Federated Insurance is great place to work. I haven't checked this site for awhile, but its great to hear you left and are on to bigger better things.

What do you do there, Justin? Can I get insurance through you or do you work in the sales end of things? Either way, can I get some insurance with Federated? I need homeowners, whole life, and auto insurance on 3 cars. I also need a broad form liability for my business if you can help.
