man i didn't see that one coming..."what you were doing at the equator?"...you must have been thinking, "man, i totally got them. they said they were at the equator, so that must make them gay. let's go eat some cereal!"....we have not seen a good manager, cirt manager or grm in years so that is probably why the posts are so vicious. with that being said, i feel we should keep the slander towards those folk and leave mt's and other out of it....if not i will just 'crush' you and then have flanigan systematically called all 25 drivers and have them come to your house and throw their dirty diapers on your front porch and then have them tell stories about how better things used to be. i bet that would totally 'crush' your day |

| I think we should talk more about how Bensing is a real pussy. Does he still take self defense classes? Flanigan is still more of a man for leaving rental than any of you other dumbasses. I sure he doesn't dred Monday or Fridays anymore. |

| Flanigan has been with the company for two years+ and he is calling drivers around. And you dumbass MT's look at him like he is an ERAC god? Guz and Travis suck. What they suck most at is picking talent. The current MT's and current branch managers were completely picked by them. You are the bottom of the barrel. It use to be people wanted to hire ERAC talent. But the current group of Peoria/East side MT's is terrible. |

...do i smell a michelle wagner comment on its way?? sure do. when you talk about hiring, lets start at the first point of contact. wagner simply has to go over her barrel of online apps, have a worthless 3 minute fake phone interview and then push the "talent" down the pipeline. i think she is dropping the ball somewhere....i swear, this one guy she hired could not even read.... "me fail english, thats unpossible" -ralph wiggum ...she needs to find the so-called talent we lack in the city and not just hire everyone who apllies so we can have people write tickets. |

| Talent begets talent. It starts at the top in Davenport. The philosophy flows downhill. If you want to blame anyone start with the GM and work down. The GRM does not operate autonomously. He/she is simply an extension of the GM. If Peoria or other Cities suck, then the GM is either allowing it to be so or lacks the skills to make it better. The GRM in question has had a lot of these same issues for a long time. My guess is that the GM is on the hot seat and has been given a mandate to fix the mess with the resources that he has or all will be gone sooner or later. What is the take on the inside? |

| I would have to agree. Get rid of Thomas and things in 62 might start looking up. |

| shit do u think steve is going to go, don't think so, they will blame everyone except themselves, i believe another city manager will go then finally guz, if steve has the balls to do it, it never starts at the top they start from the bottom up to protect themselves |
