That level 3 will be Goff. Travis' track record now isn't to impressive. I feel bad for him in a way because he really likes the job. It is all he knows. But you would think a guy like Travis could catch on anywhere. Also, Guz is a product of Hernandez not ST. That is why you will see Guz go. ST has no loyalty to anyone but himself. We need to sit back and watch the mess unfold. It won't be long till Travis gets word he is another statistic.

ST had his chance to launch TG when he got there. For whatever reason he stuck with him. That made him ST's problem. I am telling you that ST and TG will go together. You are right about ST. He really turned out to be different. Is AW still his assistant?

peoria isn't the worst performing city even if it feels like it most of the time, you should look, the whole eastside is failing.

Yes ,Adrea Wood is ST assistant still. Appearently they had an affair that was hush hush until she opened her mouth in Davenport and it leaked to a couple people. ST silenced it quick but word still got around. Also, Peoria not the worst performing city????? I think we need a fact check on that.As of a month ago it was from losing employees and certain accounts that just never got enough donuts in the morning. The east is bad but look at the the cities. East is stacked with ghetto cities. Peoria(biggest one), Rockford, fucking Decatur which might actually be the worst, and parts of Springfield. With this lineup how due you ever make things work. I just have no clue how Guz still has a job. ALAN BENSING IS A PUSSY!!!!!!

Ghetto Cities and Branches are were the money is to be made. You had a bunch of people who could not manage it.

Decatur, Champaign, Springfield.... those were money makers back in the day. Back when the focus was 90% bringing in that potential $100 extra in in come vs. today were it is 90% focus on saving $5 in bad debt.

Don't even begin to think the Central and West do not have ghetto.

Omaha, Cedar Falls, Parts of Des Moines.... the list goes on. It is all about teaching people how to manage it right. The East Side is not!

I completely agree the east doesn't have a clue on how to manage properly where large profit could be made. I have to say that in order to make profit you have to have cars to rent to the general public. ERAC especially the east in grp62 bend over backwards for corporate people and fuck the people that will take full boat and get sold into a bigger car. THat is why retention in the east is bad. Corporate people are renting more often then the public so people are finding it harder to get promoted. And yes, someone is always bashing Alan Bensing on this website. Work with him for a day and you will see why. If he had any balls he would come on here and defend himself. He knows everything stated on each thread is true. His main problem is he is such a cronie of upper management. He has not one single opinion of his own. He talks like an ERAC robot.
