Who is failing?

Here is how the big man at STF found out. A corporate customer flew into the Bloomington airport and needed a van to get all of his partners around for the week. THey show up at the counter and appearently waited for 30min, finally getting helped and guess what? You got it, NO VAN. Van was rented earlier to someone else from STF. But whoever was at the counter had no clue this was the right hand man of the top guy. SO, this person got pissed and walked away, but the erac employee told him that if he wanted to voice a complaint go to this website. NO SHIT. This is not a bs story, this took place right before Davis got fired. So the customer got in and started seeing what was happening. Appearently when Andly Taylor makes visits he never lets any hint that shit might be going bad. The STF guys had no idea the actual business model ERAC goes after. SO once they found out this was a meatgrinder for college grads, they said "FUCK YOU, you treat people like this, we'll get you where it hurts". STF isn't that bad afterall. Again, these are the facts, this isn't a joke. ERAC did this to themselves. I bet that person at the airport had no clue that he started the windfall of hell. Best of luck all ERACers. Get out while your still young. Life is completely different once you take a chance.

I forgot to add that STF had a huge meeting based on this website and agents voicing complaints. It all just got to be a big headache for STF.

I'm particularly delighted that even the Enterprise employees are now recommending that people check out Failing Enterprise.

This website was recommended to me by a city manager. 2 days later I quit. I worked in the east and hated every second of it.

Odd that a city manager would suggest reading this site to an MT. He liked you then and made you see the light before it was to late. You should have thanked him on your way out. A quick comment about things that are on this site. I work in 62 and completely agree with everything, however why doesn't anyone ever blast DAVE Carrier for the bullshit he pulls. THis guy is a PR genius who can make shit look like snow. If there is one guy in the group that really does know how in trouble this group is and management its him. I have heard multiple times that this guy is the one that kept ST affair with Andrea wood quiet. He hushed this shit as soon as everyone knew about it. So you all tell me what you think of Dave?

Reggie causing more problems? first davis being fired then state farm non-existant. He has level 3 written all over him, he somehow makes himself look good when he really sucks. Reggie for GRM!

Dave Carrier is head of HR, he isn't a level 3. Reggie GRM! Are you going mad. This guy was hiding behind Guz for years. Now he is a manager and he should be a level 3.
