That is correct, L3 is an hr position. Back to the matter at hand. This week so far has been terrible just like every week. I would give anything to see a smooth monday with no problems. This will never happen.

2) Mandy Stubblefield would be a better choice for L3 than Reggie! And she is a total idiot! The day Reggie becomes a L3 is the day I will quit for sure! The guy can't even write a ticket! Does he even work? Seems like he is never at the airport!

In all defense of Tim F. He is a good guy that was smart to leave rental. Don't say he couldn't "hack" it. You shouldn't have to "hack" your job. You have to enjoy it, or you will just be hacking it. His level of stress decreased big time after he left rental. Career success or not Tim will not be a Tony Chambers or Kent Grier. Also, Tim cant't stand Bensing. Tim sees right thru Alan's shit.
