will someone please tell me why this company is still in business???? whoever wrote the post on the "2 managers falling" thread is very wise to the erac situation......let's stress a work life balance and then watch our employees disappear like farts in the wind. why does no one say anything about that??? why is it that we are having meetings until 8-9pm some nights???? does that strike anyone else as odd??? i love how guz and st (very rarely) attend these meetings and act like it is common and acceptable to keep people working for upwards of 12-14 a day.......is this 1861?? are we slaves that are just waiting for a civil uprising to free us from our shackels????

another fun item to touch on. the money grubing, whore to the american workforce TAYLOR family pledges 50 million trees in the next 50 years....first off, is our country that desparate for trees??? are they disappearing faster than CHRISTY HARTNETT'S panties after word of a new crop of class A folk coming to town??? (pause for laughter)........erac gave us fucking crap for x-mas this year. fucking crap. how about take a portion of that tree money and give us some cash or at least something other than a puke green cooler.

i say we all take a final bow and leave this shit hole.......i want brian r, jenn n, john r, kyle, jessica and errbody else to take a moment and reflect on their positions.......we could all make more money waiting tables and have much more free time on our hands........consider it........

If you are fed up with all the crap, fed up with 9pm meetings, fed up with not seeing family and friends,and tired of the same reasons ERAC displays, it is time to walk. I was one of those P-town workers. I left before Travis took off and Jerod M got fired. It was the greatest thing I have ever done. I see a lot of threads and messages about Peoria being hard to work in and I have to say it is one of the hardest places to stay sane. I came from Springfield and Decatur. Not exactly easy places either. But Peoria is in a league of its own.
But the last thread is correct. Go wait tables, go back to school, persue a life worth living. ERAC is a joke and will make you a very miserable person. WHen I was in P-town Tony really wasn't that bad. It was Bensing who was impossible to listen to. That guy was a stroke.

shit if the new rookies saw this site they would be leaving just like everyone else in this city, u have no worklife balance i saw 18 season people leave this city in the 2 years i worked here and by the end i knew it was time to go, why would anyone think u have a chance for a career with this company. u don't. most leave under a year if,that the max is 2years with the exception on kent g and tony chambers, these folks are lifers, who have green blood running though them. face facts u have no life with this company.u work like a slave, get paid like a slave, all while guz and steve enjoy their big bonus checks at ur expense, so enjoy going to work this week outside trying to sell love in the freezing cold, i once knew this wise man they call the green moses he said leave this place or else u will be in the depts of hell forever.

i made a point to acquire all of the new-hire's email addresses before I left erac.......sometime this week, i will be sending them all an email stating why i left and why erac is such a horrible company to work for.......i feel as if i owe that that much......city 5 will soon come crashing down and i will be the first one in line at HLE to give them some business.........Fuck ERAC and erveyone involved in her web of whorish lies!
