Step back people, and take a look.

I've looked at other groups randomly on this board, and we are the ONLY ones out of what I've seen that have nearly every message quickly evolving into a "youre a fag" and other name calling.

Then again, I guess this is what I should expect from enterprise people... Somehow I thought we were all here because we were "above" that attitude since we managed to realize how wrong the place is, so we came together here to get a legitimate form of post-event therapy. (yes, I did say that. We all had a sucky experience and it does make us all feel better to some degree when we find out that we weren't the only one to have shitty experiences there)

Grow up, people.

Oh -- and to pre-answer the comments everyone will make:

I agree with the first posting...calling an annonymous person online names? Come on kids. This does little more than distract people from the original messages posted on this forum. I don't care if you're still with ERAC or not this kind of crap is nothing more than a waste of time.

I couldn't agree with this post more. Like the poster I left ERAC some time ago and sometimes come on here to see if any of the old crew are still around - tons of us from 627 post on here.

However, the poster has forgotten how angry and worthless working at ERAC makes you feel - it becomes very easy to degenerate into a place where shouting 'fag' at everyone seems like a logical decision. After all, when you wake up at 5.30 am on Monday morning, looking ahead at your sixty hour week of miserable work, and know that you do it all for less the $30K a year then all other stupid decisions start to look pretty smart by comparison.

Oh yeah, I also do not bleed green anymore and I am certainly not a fag.
