Customer Switch Outs

Who in the hell has some good customer switchout stories for us. The latest is this.........

Customer calls in and says only 1 radio station works. They want switched out. I tell them to go fuck themself and listen to that one radio station. Hopefully it is an AM talk radio station stating how people bitch to much to get free shit.

my car smells to much like haji.......... who cares, deal with it.

those hajis are the main one who always want a switch out, they make excuses to get a free upgrade like the car smells, i tell them it smells just like your stankin ass, thay also always want toyotas i always make sure they get those piece of shit rios. a great quote from them i need to car rent,today evening, learn how to speak our language, dumb asses

guy comes in after leaving 10 minutes before...we offered him the choice of mazda 6, impala, grand prix, etc...he takes the 6... and comes back in, wants to switch out because he doesn't like foreign cars we refrain from laughing our asses off at him and tell him we have no other cars...he points at the remaining impala...we have to hold in our laughter while we tell him the customer already came in for it and just left it there...sorry!

we had a customer also come in the day after renting because she wanted the car she PICKED OUT in a different colour. ....

Just a thought...if you are/were from C9, wouldn't all those cars be foreign?

lol..well, since you asked, a lot of GMs are made in Canada in Oakville. But, that's beside the point...

i'm tired of hajjis calling and coming in to my branch and all want toyotas and hondas,making excuses to switch out saying they smell of smoke and have tape decks ,listen here the only smell that is in the car is of the onions of which u seem to be oozing out of your body,

hajji????.....oh you mean indian people. thats funny....and it makes me smile. but calling them that will never get rid of the smell of 3 day-old moldy diarreha that they leave in each and every car they rent.

Giving them a ride home after they return the car is the best! You have 5 of them as passengers...in a chevy aveo (because you saved it all day long Friday just for them), and it is the dead of winter with 5 feet of snow on the ground. Driving them home with the window all the way down and your head as far out the window as it will go! Frostbite is better than having to inhale their fumes!
