why is he still working for this company, does anyone have an answer?

I worked for Tony downtown for about three months. Say what you will about him, but I'd say he knew how to play the ERAC game pretty well. 5C is manufactured business, and as such will never pan out for Tony or the company. Whatever happened to Big Dave? He was the assman at the time I was there. Tony was a funny guy but I'm not surprised to hear that he's not made much progress.

I have an answer for this question. GRP 62 is trying to beat the company record of lowest retention ever recorded. They figured, how else better to do it than to keep some 7 yr long mgr with the company that yells at other offices' MT's, tells fellow managers they are doing everything wrong, and give special treatment to the ugly chicks because he screws them. Look at the numbers. If you add up all the months he has had a negative net profit while being a manager, that would total up to the losses suffered in hurricane Katrina. DEVASTATING! When are they going to learn to cut their losses.

Same shit goes for Bensing. Cut the loss and move on. This guy builds enemies everyday as well. I am really starting to feel bad for Goff. He has no one to help him.
