No Enterprise office I have ever been to has "spots" for specific class cars! If you were charged for an upgrade, then you agreed to it when you picked up the car!

Is this person completely retarded or what. We don't have economy cars for rent anymore....So when you call and complain and say that you rent all the time for 9.99 and now you paid 30....you haven't fucking rented for 2 years and you are trying to get something free.....call guz and you will get it.
