Thanksgiving SOON FUCK!!!!!

Yes Yes once again it is almost the most wonderful time of the year. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New yeas eve, and New Years day. Oh wait, I work on all those days because ERAC never takes a day off so employees can see their families who never see them. Thanks ERAC your the BEST!!!!! What will the ERAC SANTA let me have this year. A mug, a coin jar, a plastic ball, a key chain, or a face rag so i can dry my face off in 5 months when its 100 degrees out and I am washing a fucking Durango. I think I should stat that whenever this time of year roles around I often think of others that have quit and moved on in life and how they are all sitting at home with their new lives happy as a pig in shit with $$ to actually by gifts and drinks during New years. For us ERACers we will be working the next day after all these holidays come and go. Christmas eve this year I hear is 7-6pm. What the fuck. And the day after New years that tuesday our asses will be working hangovers off by 7am. If you just started and think this job is great, just wait for these 4 holidays to come and go. It will make you think twice about what you want to do with your life. For all those that read this and have moved on YOU did the RIGHT thing. For myself, this will be the last holiday season for ERAC i will ever work. I might quit before it. Now I want to hear from all of you. What will suck worse. The gift erac gives you, working the day before Thanksgiving. Coming in to work on thanksgiving at the airport, working till 6pm before Christmas, or the tues after New Years day. What ever your choice is remember, a lot of people are not in your shoes.......Here we grow again!!!!!!

I quit right before Christmas and left my City manager screwed. It felt good. Now I own my own business and make twice what I made at Erac and don't have to put up with shit. Plus I have all my holidays off and make my employees work the next day after new years. God it feels so good.

yeah, a real business owner there. you will be working those nights and holiday and day afters when your employees realize what an asshole you are for not supporting your own business. Whhaaa, I chose to work in the customer service industry. Whhhhaaa, I knew when I got hired we what days we would be open. Whhhaaaa, only airports locations are open that day. Whhhaaa, tons of other people have to work on that day. Whhhaaa baby wants his bottle. Whhhaaa.

my employees are compensated well for what they do unlike erac. They stay on because they get good holiday bonuses and get to rotate holidays. I also pay them $2 more an hour on holidays so they have some incentive to do it. You can call me whatever you want but the bottom line is I make way more than I did at erac and don't have to work as hard. You can still sit there with your 27k per year and think you have it made. I will be out driving my lexus to the bank depositing my money.
