ERAC 2.0

who else can't wait until ERAC 2.0 drops this February!!! this is going to be the shit. the nerds in charge talk about this new program like it is a golden god. listen, its not a new Jay-Z album that "DROPS" on a certain day.....its a fucking new program that will make all of our lives even more miserable. the one plus is that if you are named Dave Carriere you can actually have sex with erac 2.0.....somewhere right now, after reading this, DC is having a nocturnal emission while awake. i know i can't wait. how about you!?!?!???

It's is so cool that there are vacation black out dates for it!

2.0 is taking over the current 1.0 system. As of right know, 2.0 can only make reservations, open tickets and close tickets. Callbacks and everything else are still done through 1.0. The systems run parallel together.

The fun part about today is that if someone hasn't been trained properly, they are as bad as a class A freshy who doesn't know how to write a ticket. Also, someone is supposed to be designated reservation bitch and methodically go through all the reservations and recompute them into the 2.0 system. Talk about missed reservations coming near you.

My advise to anyone renting a car right now.........
- Call ahead to make sure they have your reservation in the new system.
- Go in early because the e-clone behind the desk is going to take a while writing your ticket because they don't know what they are doing.
- Bring a sack lunch, because after waiting an hour for the paper work to be done and signed, the E-Bot will say, "Now your car is on the way from getting an oil change done. It should only be a few minutes." Yeah Right! A few hours later. And if you wouldn't have brought the sack lunch, you would have eaten your arm in hunger!!!!!
