first, remove your fist from steve's cornhole. second, get a life....you work for enterprise rent a car. you are nearing your 40's and you have spots of gray in your hair. your job consists of over-booking a product and having your minimum wage employees fill in the gaps for you. you do nothing. you go to meetings where you engage in heavy petting with the other GRM's and conclude by having love explosions on steve's stomach. get a clue...you are a needle in a haystack and i'm about to set that same haystack on fire.

That is some classic shit! When you don't have an answer for someone, turn it around on them and make it thier fault.

No cars, pissed off accounts, and all the level 3's and GRM's not answering their phone because they are scared themselves. When are we going to learn that we don't have an unlimited supply of units that cost $15,000 each. Hell Blockbuster runs out of units that cost them $4 each and you don't hear them telling you to come in and rent a movie they don't have. I said "NO" 23 times today because we had no cars to gain from omaha to bloomington. This shit is getting old and 6299 wonders why our retention is 25%.
