This must be another Peoria employee who feels they are entitled for no reason.

One of the reasons Goff left was because he had to many task and functions to complete. He was being micromanaged. He was try to do to much on his own. Makiney is being successful in Rockford, by delegating? And you thing delegating is "not carrying his load"?

I have a strong feel Brian is doing a little more than "NEXT TO NOTHING".

i have seen nothing from him. i hear his employees are great. what has he done????? picking up the phone and calling a branch when they have 4 people in front of them and 5 lines going and telling them they must move cars to wherever.....great. i am so impressed that i want to puke.
