I think everyone that has quit recently left to better their lives, not try to see enterprise implode. Everyone who did quit had another (better) job lined up already. We all know that enterprise will keep trucking even if it has a driver at each office writing tickets.
The fact of the matter is that these people who quit, were sick and tired of getting fucked on a regular basis and they are letting it be known on this site. Each city goes through this at their own will, it just so happens that it is city 5 now. Look what happened to city 0 when everyone walked out a couple years ago, they had to ship people in to make it work.
City 5 employees are burnt toast. A fresh new crop will come in and live the dream. They too will experience the over-worked days, under-appreciated situations, and most importantly the over-promises that are made from upper management.
To the "bleedin green machines", "Eclones or Edrones", or the "E-koolaid drinkers" who are on this site let me give you some advice to further your careers......
- Be shady because that is the only way you will get ahead of the next guy. Every level 3 in the group will tell you how they "used to be shady". Most still are and if you aren't, you will be a manager of a 50 car office forever.
- Be careful of putting all of your trust into your supervisors. Sooner or later it will burn you and the light at the end of the tunnel will shine. Remember you are the one that is in front of the customer, not your level 3 who told you they would get you a car for the customer and there isn't a car in sight.
- When you are at training and your HR dept. comes in to talk to you about "work life balance", raise some questions like these.... "Why are there hardly no employees with families that work for ERAC?", "Why is the number 1 reason for leaving the company due to long hours and no time to do errands after work?", and last "What in the hell are you guys doing to change this?"
Remember that Group 62 is dead last for retention in the company. Is this all city 5's fault? Absolutely not. The group as a whole has a problem. People who say the contrary are blinded by the lies and deceit from their supervisors. I admit, I was blinded for more than half my employment with ERAC, but after getting burned over and over and the more I learned about the business, the more I knew I had to leave.
And as most of these types of posts end.......
"The grass IS greener on the otherside:)"
