Seriously, I understand by reading this site that the Eastside and the group are going thru some real retention issues and culture problems. If this website helps you vent and go to work each day, great I hope it helps. What I don't understand is how we have people on here who are immature and act like they are 10 years old? How is defamination of character and calling people names solving anything or what is the meaning of it? I feel like I'm reading a politcal campaign and the other side just blasts lies and twisting words of the other party, so they can win the vote. Just shows how immature people who work or used to work for this company are.

Users like Yung Joc and No barter, to name a few, if you don't work for this company anymore and you hate it so much-why keep talking about erac? I thought it ruined your life? Well, obviously if you are still on this website you still don't have a life and ERAC is still apart of it. If you still work for ERAC and are reading this site: don't believe everything you ready maybe 5%-10% is true, the rest just highschool overexageration and immaturity. I mean read the threads...calling people fat, gossiping about rumors, it's pathetic.

You want to gossip about who's getting promoted, who got fired, who quit, what's happening? Great. But, let's keep it real and not overdramatic. Being anoymous really brings out the worst in people and shows the weak are trying to make the strong look weak. If these people on here were so admirable at their position currently/ or when they were here, then they wouldn't keep doing low blows and harming others reputations. That's how you know those people aren't mature and just want to create drama.

Failing Admin, I understand the purpose of this site, I just hope you monitor the threads so it doesn't lose your purpose. What gp 62's is turning into is just defamination of character and personal revenge, which I hope is not the message you want to send to the readers.

I think what you see here is the "reaping" of culture that GP62 "sows". The anger, venom and general meanness is in direct correlation to the experience that they had at ERAC.

When this site came on line, the good old days of disgruntled employees complaining over beers took on a new venue. I am sure many see this as an opportunity to vent, right wrongs etc.

"If" Erac and this group really cared about people would they get all of this?

how many times does someone have to start to get all upity about someone dissing on someone else???? the whole point of this website is to vent and talk shit...if someone wants to bash other about something, then that is their own choice......you don't have to like it, but you do have to live with it. there is not a single thing anyone can do to curb this, so try another website if this one offends you too much......also, Rhonda went to corporate to be with the father of her and Andy Taylor's love-child.......Guz is too ridiculous for words and I heard Makiney domoted himself to a BM, based on the fact that he cannot keep 1 single seasoned employee because he talks a bunch of shit behind their backs and sings another tune when in front of them.......GOODNIGHT SWEET PRINCE..........enjoy your stacks of cash you make, but also enjoy never seeing your families and having your significant others question your sexuality and eventually run away with the spanish pool-boy with a 15-inch cock!

Just to set the record straight, I agree with you but there are no stacks of cash. I guess it depends on what someone's definition is of "stacks". Most of the level III's don't come close to 100K. You may have 1. But you're right, at the expense of your family. Most of you can do better than 100K elsewhere. Market yourself and you will achieve it.
