Default Omaha Is Dead Town Walking

Before the midget that is TJ Jackson arrived, Omaha was atleast respectible when it came to customer service and overall profit. But in usual Enterprise fashion they bring in someone obviously not qualified for his position and yet continues to support him. Why is this? The Omaha area has depleted badly for the sole reason that companies can't stomach TJ and his so called 'customer service'. Hertz has come in and taken over accounts that have been strictly ERAC accounts for years with as little as ......... well clean cars, actually having cars to rent, not having toothless car preps pick up corporate accounts while wearing their shit stained overalls, to just name a few. Sure all rental companies are shady but even the shady ones give out customer service. TJ believes that if he wears enough of his $200 cologne and his imported italian leather loafers the he will impress the accounts to overlook the simple fact that he has no clue what the hell he is doing. Arrogance gets you nowhere in life -- something Todd Jackson better realize before his ass is back in Florida washing cars for Dollar Rent-A-Car.

Once again....the E is lucky that all the shitty people we get rid of go work for hertz. It is almost like the movie Twins......We are Julius and they are Vincent. Why would an account want to work with a second rate company? We get all the college studs and then if they suck we let them go and they always have a home with hertz. the guy that is in Peoria is a perfect example. Please let me go there and turn it around.....

still doesn't explain why HLE is starting to kick enterprise's ass in alot of markets. Look at most of the big cities out west. When I was in Phoenix I saw Erac locations closing like mad and HLE building huge locations and huge dealership locations. It was hilarious. My BM at HLE in Phoenix was maxed out on commission so much they couldn't figure out how to pay him more? He was making six figures as a BM and we were all pulling 65-80k. I was able to get a job at a national bank making six figures simply because of my experience and how well HLE prepared me. Thanks to HLE as my resume builder I am now a VP of Trust Management at a huge bank in Scottsdale and watch as my fellow MT's and ABM's at HLE follow in my footsteps. I still party with alot of them and they tell me how bad they are putting it to ERAC. It seems like everyday they tell me about some bodyshop or dealership that calls them because ERAC let them down and didn't have a car. How Sad?

If HLE is doing so well as you like to say than how come ERAC has Regions that make more profit than the entire Hertz corporation. This is common knowledge that Hertz loses money hand over fist because they try to run their business with erac rejects. I know they try to preach to you guys that you are gaining marketshare, but facts are that hertz is only getting smaller and about to fall to 3rd on the list. erac is double the next closest in revenue and cars and they lap the competition in profit.....facts are facts. keep trying though....

erac is scared, very scared of HLE and other companies like Budget and Alamo/National treading on their territory and that is why you see eclones like the one in the last post coming on here talking about how great erac is. He can spout off all he wants but Erac is scared and is starting to get some big black eyes especially since it is starting to completely lose State Farm and Progressive is not far behind. You're right Hertz is downsizing a little now that it has been sold but now that it is not being hamstrung by Ford Management it is going to be a lean mean machine coming after Erac. Erac will slowly start to lose market share as they continue to piss off customers year after year. This website is certainly helping in that respect also as people realize that working for Erac sucks and they go to other companies. As word gets out about this website and sites like Jobvent.com it will continue to kick Erac in the nuts while HLE, Alamo, Budget and other companies whale on Erac's face.

Obvioualy you are not a very educated individual. Let me guess, you used to work for us and then realized that you could not get promoted so you either quit giving som bs reason or got fired because you are a tool. Well then you went to hertz because they all do and now they feed you with this propaganda. Please just get facts before trying to state you know them all. I do know that we are killing everyone in gaining airport market share daily. hertz still is #1 there only but not fo long. We have not lost any hometown market share and continue to grow as a north america company..the only one doing so I might add. 1 more thing....the majority of these posts are writtrn by5-8 people. No one has time to listen to a little hle dipshit such as yourself who claims life is better there because they have no business and nothing to do all day other than type on this site.....go market fool and see if you can take an account yourself

u may think e rac is gaining market share but at what expense most airport locations lose money, hertz gets away at charging more money and making profits from their corporate customers who prefer nice clean cars with all options not taurus's with tape decks and are dirty inside cause e-rac orders cars without floor mats,. you can't make a profit charging 25 dollars a day at an airport location, wise up young lad hertz is gaining everyday, remember hertz has cars erac will always run out

Airports, your right. ERAC is in the infancy stage. However, when it comes to profit, ERAC is always on top due in large part to occupancy. Yeah, ERAC does run out of cars, but at least 92% or more of the cars are generating revenue. If you look on a HLE lot or airport lot, there are shit tons of cars sitting there, running up a depreciation expense for hertz. And since you know your business so well, you know that expense is one of the biggest for rental car companies. So tell us something that makes sense you H-Clone. And if this is Snickers writing all this propaganda, get over it dude. Your a tool who sucked it with ERAC and thought joining the DARKER side would bring you love and happiness!

"Book the deal!" "But we don't have any cars?" "Don't question me kid!"

I love that saying!!!!!!!!!

I used to work for enterprise and HLE I was an abm at erac. So I know a little bit about the Erac world. It was then that I moved to Arizona with my wife and went to work for HLE and lit the world on fire. Like I said I left HLE and now work in a job making way more than you ever could. Enough said. Keep doing your donut drops while I am making six figures and working far less hours than you. Good job Eclone. Enjoy renting my family an SUV for our ski trip. How do you like them apples?
