Also, how do they post on monster or other sites without HR trolling for skank?
Honestly, no matter how agonizing it is better to be employed when hunting for the next job. There is an assumption that you got fired if you are job searching without having a current job. In the recruiters eyes you are less desireable generally speaking.

Why not post the resume on Monster if you are ready to move on? What is the worst thing that can happen? If you get fired for looking for a new job, then you can get paid unemployment while you look for a job and have a good story to tell. If you need time off and can't get it, just call in sick... the other 99% of Corporate America does.

you're a fucking naive idiot. there is no assumption there if you have a brief 10-second commercial on why you don't have a job. You are obviously deluted to think you know what recruiters are looking for. THEY DON'T CARE!!!! They only care on if you have the skills and intelligence for the job they are seeking. Jesus! You people think that recruiters and HR think that working at ERAC is a great job and there must be a problem if you quit. For one thing, YOU ARE RENTING CARS!!! How fucking mindless do you have to be? If you quit, the recruiter and HR will be more willing to talk to you because you have the smarts to quit a mindless and worthless job.

You have issues. But, your mom is good. Her interview went quite well.

Nice comeback idiot. Don't hate the messenger, hate the game. You're the fucking imbicile who is still there (if you left, good for you). I'm just sick of people thinking that ERAC actually looks good on your resume. It's no different than if you work at subway or as a bank teller. If you want to think small and that someday you might be a level III and make only 80k if you're lucky, then go after it. If you want to wake up to reality and see that if you have the saavy, skills, and experience, it's not that hard to make 6 figures. It's not hard to get into pharma sales, medical device sales, financial analysis, etc. and be on your way to plenty if you only have a year or so at ERAC. If you are staying longer than that, you are wasting your time. Leave before you get sucked into being level III or even a manager.

Dooby or cigarette?

Once again the phrase "The good Ole, Days" is warranted here!
