I'm just sick of people thinking that ERAC actually looks good on your resume. It's no different than if you work at subway or as a bank teller. If you want to think small and that someday you might be a level III and make only 80k if you're lucky, then go after it. If you want to wake up to reality and see that if you have the saavy, skills, and experience, it's not that hard to make 6 figures. It's not hard to get into pharma sales, medical device sales, financial analysis, etc. and be on your way to plenty if you only have a year or so at ERAC. If you are staying longer than that, you are wasting your time. Leave before you get sucked into being level III or even a manager.
