So the fact that people across the globe consider the company to be a joke that doesn't bother to listen to suggestions is all a coincidence?

Well done brainiac.

it is the fact that 95% of these posts are done by 1% of people who work for or have ever worked for ERAc dipshit. If they don't like it they can leave. They will be unsuccessful everywhere they go unless it is a place where they can suck dick.

I'm not sure the cock-nibbling hing is necessarily true - some people will find a measure of success at other companies because it fits their skill level more.

You are correect that if they don't like it they should leave. I left as soon as I could no longer see the light at the end of the tunnel - never looked back. If you hate it and don't leave what does that say about you?

Don't have the skills you thought you did because you can't get another job?

Don't say "I don't have time to interview" - you would if you quit today!! Do it.

Are you a glutton for punishment? I can sell you a gimp suit with a zippered head mask and an orange ball for your mouth.

Get the heck out of there!

Here is a step by step guide:

1) get your resume together at night
2) quit (don't want to be "caught" on monster.com by Carierre or his crew)
3) post your resume on monster
4) interview for a couple weeks
5) get job that features "less hours, more money, and company car"
6) start job with "less hours, more money, and company car"

Do NOT quit your job before you have another one secured. This is BAD advice. If you need to take a day off to interview etc, schedule a flex day or call in sick. Do what you have to do, but don't quit. That is a MAJOR red flag for recruiters/hiring managers. You also give up any leverage in salary negotiations since you don't have the option of saying you think you will just stay put in your current role.

Most real employers will verify dates of employement etc. If you lie then it could impact you chance to get the job, maintain the offer. Then again, if you are going on to sell cars or vacuum cleaners you should be able to employ your tactic with ease.

Very interesting stat. So are you saying that the people who write on here will be unsuccessful elsewhere? I find that hard to believe, bearded taco.

To the other posts, I agree, in this day and age you need to have something lined up before you quit. You never know what unexpected event can occur to which you will need insurance or a lump sum of money. Now if you were an heir to a large fortune, you can maybe get around this.

Just remember this though...
If you cheat in NASCAR, you are going to get caught and suspended or fined.
If you cheat the 2 o'clock count, you will get a pat on the back by your level 3 and keep your fleet growth going as long as you can rent them out that same afternoon.

If you want anymore tips, please feel free to ask.

I see your point, but if it is THAT bad why continue to put yourself through the agony? The problem I see is that alot of people continue to work for ERAC while hating the job. They also work enough hours that they can't really get an interview schedule together, which leaves them taking the first offer that comes along.

Also, how do they post on monster or other sites without HR trolling for skank?
