Now this retort seems a little sarcastic. Are you really trying to indicate we are mean-spirited people? I think that's a little harsh there, sir/madam. Just because we like to refer to many people by initials rather than full names, and we want to get an idea who is getting intimate with others does not by any means indicate we are disgruntled. Nor does that mean we have "better jobs" as you call it. I don't think everyone who leaves the company does so for a better job with more pay and less hours. Some people do, but some don't. In fact, some people have to work in cubicles all day. Some people have to sell things, which can be uncomfortable. And some, yes some actually work alot of hours and still don't make that much more, if any.
