I heard Kooken is going back to the East side?? Is that true??

That is awesome, he is a proven winner and always takes great care of his employees! The East Side will be representing once again!

I know he started the Quincy office, worked in Springfield and also ran the Champaign City-they were tops in everything.

I worked with him in Des Moines, he will be missed. If anyone can promote the positive culture and get it turned around, it is him. He gets everyone promoted around him. He is respected because he respects his people, but is also a leader to them.

I sure he will go down like all of the others....I have never met him, but have heard he is nothing special. Sit back and stay out of the way and collect your checks just like Guz did and you will have 3-4 years of becoming rich by doing absolutely nothing. Maybe have a meeting with CAT every now and then, but don't let this company fool you. Upper management sits around while their bitch-made pimps (aka MT's) make every cent they feed their family with........Have fun in the rain today erac.

actually he is already rich from busting his ass from the first day he started, if you havent worked with the guy, don't be a hater-he is a stand up guy and has never sat back and watched from the sidelines. He joined the military to pay for his school and the guy is great with employees. There are several employees/leaders that havent followed our mission statement, but Doug certainly has!

he will crumble like all of the rest......do you actually think he will become a regional vp from the east??? laughable. and don't give me some cookie cutter, "he has proven himself as a viable figurehead of this comapny and he promotes positive values and goes the extra mile.........." he will get all comfy in his GRM chair and start telling horrible football stories to everyone like GUZ did....."remember that time in the state championship game.....man, we could have been champions. How much do you want to bet I could throw this football over that mountain??".......his hair will become ultra wavy and horrible looking and will go off to McDonald;s with Guz and live the sweet life...........nice knowing ya DK

My foreseeing of the prophecy came true when kooken stepped into guz's chair. I knew he would become GRM. If anyone can turn the east around, it is him. No doubt. I don't mean to toot the E-chain, but kooken is a well deserved individual. E-clones, your days might get better, but it will take time. The question is, can you wait that long. Or will you be like the rest of the 99.99% of the employees.
