I know Peoria lost tons of people right after goff left. I looked at moving there but it was a big move for a city that seemed to be ready to close down. They are getting staffing back now but all new people losing accounts if you know what I mean. Did goff leave the midwest? I heard he was moving and that is why he left. Some say he was fired but no way. That guy could get people to go to war with him. He was never afraid to write a ticket or wash a car or drive a cs home. Any word on his whereabouts these days?

Why would anyone leave a crap town like Peoria?

He works in Peoria.....he and Makiney are like night and day. I know Mak stresses promotion and all that, but he doesn't instill a sense of fun in his employees. He is all about work, but to get through to recent college grads - a certain amount of fun has to be established. Do your work, but have fun doing it. Thats what Goff did that Mak has no clue about........ps, peoria is fine if you stay away from the south end and from "The Man Hole" - it's a bar, but I have no idea what kind of a bar it is.

People wake up and smell the roses. $55,000 a year is not shit if you work a 60 hours week, do the math.

$55,000 / 52 weeks = $1057 per week / 60 hours = $17.62 per hour and no life outside ERAC. You can make $17 an anywhere, all ERAC employees are just above a car salesman in the food chain.

Goff is working in Peoria making about the same money with half the hours and no stress. People wake the fuck up if ERAC is so good why are almost all the employees under 35. Ding Ding Ding it not all its cracked up to be, people wake up and move on its a joke.

OMG!?!.........this whole site has about 500 posts that are exactly the same as what you just wrote. get original and come up with some new bashes. i hate erac and feel the same as you, but we all know 60 hours is worthless. we all know erac is just above a car salesman. i know it, you know it, everyone knows it -------- we don't have to write it over and over again

Well the other post about Goff who had one of the 100,000 a years jobs. How many people leave a 100,000 a year job??? Not many!!! that should tell you something.

good for them......if someone makes $100,000 a year, I give them props. I would, however, not want such a job if it kept me from my family and gave me no free time. The company you work for should not own you....Makiney is owned by erac and his wife hates him for it.
