ERAC is a Joke

Guess what the person who started this website is making money off of it. Kind of like the CEO of erac, he getting rich off the hard work of other people, but better yet he isn't paying the people to come here and bitch they are doing it on there own accord for free. That shows how dumb you erac employees are, he knew that there where enough upset employees and customers to spark all this controversy. Good for him, for all you brainwashed erac employees wake up, making good money at erac is like winning the lotto many will play few will win. A company that hires 7,000 MT's a year, that should have been your first clue to run, a company with that high of a turn over rate should tell you something. You should never have to come here and defend your job. All erac wants out of you is 12 hour days for a year or two then you quite and they hire the next dumb ass college grad. You know why they start you at 30,000 a years because that is the national average for management grads, that is why anything you make above that has to come in the form of a bonus, so you have to work twice as hard and kiss ass to make decent money, but at the end of the day you have know friends or personal life outside of erac. That is the way they want it so you don't find out there is a whole other world outside of the erac colt.

My first suspicion was during the interview and training when they were pushing and selling ME on the job... Isn't it usually the other way around?

enterprise is a joke.....i wonder how much $$$$ that last sentence made the owner of this site????? it's a bad company to work for, it's a bad company to do business with. the fact is that because they have so much market share, they are not really going to just go away. the only advice i have is to tell everyone who is thinking about working there NOT to. if you have a little borther or sister or friend who is thinking about it.......discourage them. tell them that being a diarehha salesman would be much more rewarding. i have little siblings about to exit/enter college and if they even think about working for erac, i will abruptly put a stop to it. i told them to tell all of their freinds, and all of their friends tell their friends and so on down the line. that is the only way erac will not succeed. i suggest you all do the same. i hate you erac. i always will :)

So Nunan finally left huh??? It's about time. She was looking to get out when I was still there. Does anyone know what she is up to or where she will be working at now???? I think that if she doesn't have a job right away she will land on her feet....I just hope she's still not dating married/unavailable men.
