More Brain Mak bashing! I just can't pass this up. First up, another mgr bites the dust! This time at the oh so loved airport. Yup, now what are you going to do? Let a couple of MT's run it? Not that good of an idea, unless you feed them vicadon (Happy pills), that will keep them at bay for at least a couple of weeks. Why doesn't ERAC get a clue and update the pay plan for that joint.

Next, the commission check. Yeah, I also heard the numbers at a bar. Good news travels fast huh? Well, I don't remember hearing anything big about commission for the past 11 months. Better sock that money away or else you won't have any money to buy christmas presents. Big flip dollars are few and far between these days. If a city can't OP, let's face it, your not going to make money. I know a 13K check is very much possible.... $225 net profit x 600 cars= 135,000 x 10%= 13,500 (Brains check). I bet every newbie within a 50 mile radius was either shown or faxed a copy of the pay stub so they could keep the MT's for an extra couple months. Let's look at the big picture............ December commission=$2500, January commission= 0 (broke even), February commission= $1000, March commission= $13,500 add them together $17,000, divide by four months= $4,2500. Some may think, wow I'll take that any day. Let's divide that by the amount of hours worked....$4250/(60 hrs a week x 4 weeks pretty conservative number) = $17.70/hr. Think about it. Is $17.70 an hour worth sacrificing your personal life, your marriage, your family and 7 scoops of shit in your mouth a day? Not to mention the phone calls you receive at night from the airport because of staffing and the uncalled for phone calls during your vacation or planned days off? What fucking job calls you on your day off to ask you shit and tell you that you didn't turn in your TPS report.

Next topic, sorry I got wound up during the last. I still haven't figured out why the company continues to screw over MT's with pay once they are promoted to asst. mgr's. Everyone knows that overtime out paces a measly 2% to 4% commission. The sad thing is, upper mgmt tries to coach level III's on how to spin this to the AM's. Any AM that can add 2+2 can realize they make less. Some are just fortunate enough to be an AM during the 2 or 3 high flip months. I, fortunately was one, but my AM's that followed weren't.

Some think, that ERAC is this way only in group 62. It's not. I talked to someone from California in my training class that heard I worked at ERAC. He said and I quote "I heard they work you like a horse until you burn out and quit and then just hire new people." I thought about it and said your right. The company's retention says it all.

Fuck the slave drivers. My only regret is that I didn't tell guz to fuck off while he sat and preached a "perfect world scenario" with his whack ass hairdo!!!!

12 hours of overtime a week add up to over an AM commission most times. 60 to 70 hrs a week are MT's that work for the dead beat mgr's or mgr's that have obligations over work like kids. ST tried to put something in place but come on, you know how that shit goes. Throw that puke on the wayside, upper management likes to talk the talk, but they don't fuckin walk the walk. B Mak is as shady as they come. While he was at 52, he would gain cars and guarantee the world in return. Drivers knew that if they were going to get a car from 52, Brian would be using it for a chase to bum-fuck egypt and they would have to sit there for hours. He knows it, I know it, and everyone else who worked during that time knows it. Just goes to show you that if you don't lie, cheat, and steal, you can't make it to level III. There was a user named "Unregistered Guest" which I just changed to "Unregistered Guest2". There's no one registered as "Unregistered".
