What a fuck bag!!! Brain is bragging about a $13,000 commission check last month.

2. if it is, why would the MT's and BM's want to work so hard to pull their shity $3000.00 a month if this fuck is making 4 times that just in commission check on top of his base which is twice what a MT's or BM makes.

Oh wait, I know, its because 100% of the stupid fuckin MT's and BM's believe that they will be the next Brain Mak. Right wake up people the odds are about 1 in 1,000 gunning for those positions. Take your effort some where you will have a chance. If you haven't realized it yet all this bragging and carrot dangling is all upper managements way of motivating you to work hard, but not all of you can be the next Brain Mak now can you.

how would you know what his comission was unless you ARE one one the people that you are bashing???? or do you just stay in close contact with all of your old erac buddy's????

I know people that are still there, also they all go out a few times a week to the bar and he runs his mouth. Look at me I have a small peter but I make good money, "hey little MT you can be the next city manager, you are one the fast track, oh by the way could you come in early tomorrow and prep a few cars for the early appointments while I sleep in and make 10 time as much as you."

i agree. the man is a joke.....he made the mistake of talking some smack behind a then current employee's back. this employee was of some interest to the company and that was the straw that broke the now ex-employee's back....that and the fact that the job was worthless and the now ex-employee had seen enough. he though he could achieve the dream and he probably could have, but the work now - i'll help you out later mentality of erac contributed to his demise. he now makes twice as much for half the hours - that's what i call a dream!!!

Did things change since I left? When I was there all of the base salaries for L3's (area and city manager) was basically 31000. Only about $1,000 more than even BM's. Where all the money was made was the commission.
I am just a bit confused about the statement that his base salary was twice what the BM's are.
I was an area manager and when I was promoted my base salary increased only about $1,100 but my commission increased.
Somebody help me out here?

This means that on the low end Peoria/625 made over $150,000 in profit? All you have to do is take a peek at the per unit analysis and do some math to figure it out. Perhaps I am wrong, but I bet it has been a LONG time since a 625 L3 had a $13,000 commission check.

do you guys not understand what he is doing....he is just like all the others. checks will come and he will stick his chest out far and brag about how much money he makes and how big his dick is (actually, ask him about the farming accident he was in as a youth and you will come to the realization that he has a tiny penis).....(also, once when i was at his house and he was banging his wife she yelled out, "never stop pinky-toe fucking me" - FYI, that was not his pinky-toe he was using).....back to the juice - like all the other City Manager's they just tell you what they think you want to hear. he says how much abnk he made and he wants you to think, "man that could be me in only 5 short years!".....what you are really thinking about is how you want to get the fuck home and see your family or at bare minimum, what have you done for me lately.....most MT's probably do not see shit for a raise/bonus until they become an AM.....my pay actually went down after becoming an AM and this was after being promised @ minimum a comission check of no less than $600/month..........don't believe them. please leave the company while you still can and take as many with you as you can. It's true, i heard it too and looked at his numbers. 625 actually made flip bringing them to a 200+ Net, with 600 cars at full pull b/c peoria not performing, flip earned him 13,000+.

that makes sense right....pay someone $13,000 in one month while your MT's barely survive,,,,nice business model andy - you wrinkled old potatoe chip!

Well I can guarantee you that the MT's that take promotions will take a pay cut, because they are working 60 and 70 hours weeks, once the OT is gone they will be fucked and living beyond there means.
