Selling cars is a respectable way to make a living...hard as fuck, and yes their is some shady peeps doing it, but overall my experience with lot salesmen has been positive...so much so that my fam and I always go to the same person, car after car.
so it's not a bad trade if you can hack it, which many cannot, hence the huge turnover.

ERAC, on the other hand, is like mcdonalds with ties...little respect or admiratin from your customers. If you can make it outta rental and into something else, erac can be decent to work for.

overall, I'd rather sell cars at a dealership than wash and taxi for erac

i would rather lick glass than work at erac......again.
