Oh Big Mac is so desperate he is telling some of his MT's that have only been with the company 5 months they will be AM's in three months. Way to go fuck bag!!!

are things really that bad in preroaria??? are they losing more employees or is it something else?? i was told i would become an AM in a few short months and that turned into about a year. it will probably take 3 months to arrange a grill and go on all of your marketing calls........don't be fooled MT's unless your going to go into a branch with high OP you will make LESS than you are right now and work MORE. Some promotion, huh?

I could have told you that Mak would go semi-mad about 30 seconds after Goff quit....here's one for all of you math majors out there:

Recent college Grads + Questionable Management (Ethics) + Extremely Low Salary + Horrible Working Conditions (Customers) / Mandatory Bathroom Rapes (regardless of gender) = Mass Turnover
