Default Memories of Hamilton...

I'm usually not one to bitch and rant, but here are my random thoughts re: C1.

Cam Kerr - gave snakes a bad name. Promotions not based on performance, rather, who drank the most rye in his basement.

Cindy (now wife) - Banged some dude in London while Cam and her were still dating. Nasty.

Corvers - can you ram the knife any deeper into my back?

Girl who hired me with the butt nose - you were nice, but your husband cheated on you more than once, I'm afraid to report.

Kim (from the mountain...not Roe) - how many guys felt you up while you were dating Steven? A dozen? More?

Heather - enuff said about you already.

Brian Hampton - here's a kick in the face. POW!

Covers left the company for over a year, and now is back at a level two position without it being opened to other C1 employees? Tell me how this is hiring from within? Managers that could/wanted a promotion how do you feel? After all your hard work and dedication to the company for the past few years?

Agree with all expect Cam. He did promote people he felt that he could trust. And he did have the respect of many unlike Snelly. For example he would never have done what Snelly did to Cam. So that's saying a lot already in what direction has been taken since then.

Corvers was welcomed back because the talent pool in the group is horrific. He earned his way through the ranks then walked away. He decided to comeback. Trust me, if a social retard like Chris Button can be an Area Manager then you have bigger problems then having a proven manager that quit come back as a level 2 employee. If youre jealous or have an issue then do something about it and dont just sit there thinking you deserve a manager spot because youre next in line...

I always thought Corvers was ok - a bit of a blowhard at times, but ok nonetheless. As Button, I can't believe he made Area Manager, but I guess admin truly does turn a blind eye to some people's horseshit. Button is a true fuck-wit.

Hey Mr 3 posts back - Cam promoted people based on who he could trust? What planet are you living on?! Cam's decisions had EVERYTHING to do with making himself look good and netting him the most money/services.

Promotion based on hard work? Suuuuuure. Tell me another one.

My concern is not for myself, I was a branch manger well before that. I agree about CB, but it's the inner workings of the company. They always say we only hire from within. And don't kid yourself about the welcome back part. More like crying back. And your comment about talent, don't forget he failed at doing the same job outside of Enterprise. So how elite is he or the staff?

If people put half as much effort and energy into making themselves successful and getting ahead, rather than bitching about those that do or complaining about what they could not do while they were with ERAC then things would be so much better in C1. For those that are with the big green machine still and complaining about guys who are successful like Snelly, Vording, Button, etc. figure it out yourselves and you can get there too. We do not all follow the same path, but we can make it if you have the drive to succeed. For those of you not with ERAC anymore what is the point of bitching about those that you left behind that are doing well now? Do you do it because the life you are leading now is not as interesting as it was with ERAC? Or perhaps you just can't let go - and guys that's just sad. I plan to never look at this site again as it is utterly useless, and I hope you all do the same and pursue more interesting endeavors. Peace.

Ah yes, wise one...just like those Jews who look back and talk about the Holocaust - they must really miss it, eh? What's the purpose of talking about the past, even if it was a miserable one?

Let's see - to warn others, to vent, because it is interesting, because it was a very traumatic event in the lives of many, and to let potential customers understand what ERAC is all about.

Why are managers and assmen so intimidated by sites like this? If Erac is what you believe it to be, then you shouldn't be so concerned.

I guess people who post here just couldn't hack it, eh?

Well said, there is people who care for others. Unlike the above post, which is probably coming from inhouse.
