How has she managed to stay in a job in C1 so far with her obvious faults and cold demeanor? She hasn't even touched what Hamps had done, Napoleon syndrome notwithstanding. She must be at the tail end of her 3 year grace period, I big ol' Andy will be looking to tighten the reigns a bit. I mean with less than attractive flip numbers and OP at incredible lows and the revolving door of personnel that appears to be the calling card of the new C1, she mustn't have long to go.

Not only that, but the rest of Canada sucks just as much or worse, so she can get away with it for a while longer.

She has to be on the way out. C1 is dead, turnover is rampant, O.P, fleetgrowth are stagnant. I hate to say it but bring back Hampton, she has ruined C1. She is the most useless human being I have ever met. Worst of all she has made a great career for the rest of us look a lot less promising. Thanks a lot Melinda, nobody will miss you!

I've long maintained that it was easy to look good in C1 as long as times were good. Well, that old grow ceiling has been hit for awhile now, and now we're seeing how the truly talentless, who were promoted in good times, have been exposed as incompetent administrators. It's sad for all the branch staff, but the supposed bright lights above you are killing your business.

I have "met" Mindy many times now, and each time she has no freaking clue who I am. Remember your staffs names!!!!!! We make you money!!!!! You do nothing, at least put a little effort into acknowledging those who create a need for you!

If that weren't so profoundly sad, it would be hilarious. Mindy could try harder. Of course, if she figures she won't be around for long -- i.e., thinking she'll be promoted again -- then she probably figures why bother with such trivial things as people's names
