When I worked with erac, I was married (still am) and was appalled at the degree of promiscuity. However, it makes sense when you know that promiscuous people are in some sort of identity crisis (they don't know who they really are and what they really want out of life). This says much about the general environment at erac.

Having left ERAC, your statement has never been truer. In retrospect, everyone there knows an end is imminent, some realize it earlier than others, while still others lie to themselves not wanting to deal with reality.

It reminds me of a crack addict who just wants to forget about the pain of the real world. You can either get treatment and get out, or suffer indefinitely and lose your future and all respect.

ERAC = unsure of future + poor income + no respect from society + 4yr wasted degree & debt

Who wouldn't have an identity crisis?

I also think the cheating is appalling, and unfortunately inherent in the Enterprise culture. You put young people in their first job out of school, into a tight-knit cult business environment, spending anywhere from 12 - 15 hours a day away from home if we include happy hours and drinks with group social events. There are no mature, moral or straight minded individuals to lead them. Instead you have "bosses" rather than leaders who have spent their entire career with the company and have no understanding of different business environments, and consequently have never "grown" spending all their days with people of a 22 yr old maturity level.

Besides, when you spend your entire day lying, cheating and being deceitful, it's only natural it would find its way home. If the low pay and time away from your spouse doesn't kill the marriage, the cheating will.

In H.S. he recovered a fumble ran the wrong way and scored a safety for the other team. Shows you what great leadership skills ERAC strives to keep.

Actually, in that case it would be a touch down.

I think the fact he ran the "wrong way" would imply that he ran in the opposite direction of the touchdown. Just a thought.

I am no fan of Snelly, but in the "running the wrong way" scenario described the scoring would be a touchdown.
