A strong woman in a powerful position...don't be so unimaginative...come up with something other than bitch. Just because you fear change doesn't mean you have to bad mouth the "change". MD is a role model. Any of you that have the opportunity to work WITH her will benefit, not only will you gain your own sense of identity, she will push you to actually do your job to the best of your ability. Don't be so sensitive...there's no crying in business!

Now, Mindy, you're not supposed to post in your own defense. Or maybe that's you Rod or Snelly? On second tought, it can't be Rod or Snelly because the last post isn't filled with their typical and laughable spelling and grammatical mistakes. My guess is that the last poster is either Mindy or some sychophant on Bradley Avenue or perhaps one of those pathetically grovelling ARMs.

Do NOT let first impressions of Ms. Dodd influence you! Trust me, she will turn on you in a NY minute if you do anything she considers a threat to her little Queendom. Just ask the many good people in KS/MO who's careers she ruined to further hers.

She is a cold, calculating woman. I feel sorry for her kids.

Mindy is an awesome leader and i always feel like i can just pick up the fone and talk to her....she's always there when u need her and she's real.....C1 rocks....!!!!

Wow, show some professionalism kids. If you want to attack a person for their leadership abilities fine, but personal attacks just seems childish and most likely coming from disgruntle MT’s that cant find a better job. No one is perfect, but I think that she does a decent job, and I think she’s a very nice person overall. Bringing her kids into it, that’s wrong on so many levels.
