| The problem with Dodd is she is cold. Nobody knows where they stand with her, some people may think they do (snelly) but they will all end up getting the boot at some point. Your right about no people skills! I have never met upermanagement that is so cold and unpersonable. Nobody at admin actually likes her it is all a front. What happened to the 5 exceptional acheivements from like 5 years ago.. good work mindy, maybe too much time spend with the firefighter. And mindy what do you actually do? |

| I remember her coming in to talk to us during initial training. The only impression she left on me was how bland she was and, to some degree, how much she thought of herself as inspirational to others. I figure that's par for the course for RVPs. |

| I echo the last post. As with a lot of people at enterprise - she somehow thinks because she was RVP(now GM) that everyone under her should be magically impressed. I worked under Mindy for 9 months. From a social perspective, she's reasonably nice, she's very confident, and she can be very demanding(which is a good thing most of the time). From an employee standpoint, Mindy was very very very concerned with numbers, and not at all concerned with how the numbers got to such high points. As with a lot of enterprise incentive packages, dishonesty is an easy way to get to the top, and Mindy's region was no different. Unfortunately I witnessed during my 9 month tenure 3 or 4 people get promoted who got that promotion by falsifying the 2pm count, encouraging workers out of "team spirit" to work off the clock, and to misrepresent SLP and PAI. Mindy was made aware of these problems through multiple employees, and while she expressed concern(as expected), she refused to do anything about it. |

| Enterprise sucks. You stay long enough and you'll realize that it is time to get out of the damn cult. I have been here for only 4 years, and 4 years is way too long. I'm on my way out and I know a bunch of other managers that are going as well. U can only take so much for so long. good place to learn and get you into a job that pays way more than e and you get more respect to. tell me one manager in C1 who is "running his own business"? It ain't out there and never will be. Get out while you can, actually even better, stay for a while (2-3 years) to get the training and then move on to bigger and better things. If you can afford to stay that long (which most people can't), it will be good to train you for better jobs. I know that i couldn't live on 35 thous a year . . . that is robbery! |
