despite his charming midwestern american accent and mannerisms i wouldn't trust rodney very much - he will bend the truth to suit his purposes regardless of whatever consequences to others - be very careful with him - don't you think that he has spent years crafting that personable image of his to climb the ladder - come on think about it!
| |||
actually i don't exactly say that i think rod is charming and personable - quite the opposite by implication, since a facade of charm and personability is just that, a facade - i never trusted the guy from day one and sure don't now - what happened to you?

heard John left. Good for him. He deserves better than this shit. he is a good guy and has put up with a lot of crap and he has been around for a while and is supposed to put up with the new guys (MD and RS) coming in from Kansas. Move on Sapupps and you will do way better than what erac can give to you

re: rod scannell Its been a few years, but is this the Rod who worked at Wichita who acted so nice, he could tell you he was about to kill you with a pitch fork yet he'd still keep a smile? If it's the same Rod, I must admit, I was fooled for about 3 months. I met him at orientation, then again at a further training session. What I figured out about Rod, is that he's the most polished, yet uncaring, salesman I've ever met. He's socratic in that everything one says to him is turned around into another question. I recall during waiver training Rod went on for about 5 minutes trying to sell someone waiver, and the person kept saying no(on purpose). Rod served as an example of how to get around 3 No's, and turn every No into a maybe, then to a yes. Why wouldn't you want to protect yourself? I'm already protected with insurance. Great, this product is designed to protect your insurance, many agents recommend it, were you aware of that? But, it's expensive. It's actually a bargain, 13 dollars a day to remove your responsibility for a 20,000 vehicle. Plus, you get a tremendous benefit in that there is absolutely no hassle if something does happen. Waiver provides you a worry free, hassle free rental experience. Aren't you concerned about protecting the vehicle? Let's go ahead and sign you up.
